Dixon, IL – Behavioral healthcare leader Stacie Kemp, MSW, LCSW, has been appointed President & CEO of Sinnissippi Centers, a community based behavioral healthcare center that provides quality care to Illinois residents of Carroll, Lee, Ogle and Whiteside Counties.

Since September of 2023, Kemp has been acting as Sinnissippi’s Interim President & CEO. Previously, she served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was part of a leadership team that guided Sinnissippi’s growth from an $8 million to a $22 million agency in eight years.

Kemp’s career in the nonprofit sector spans 25 years in behavioral health and social services. Born and raised in Carroll County, she feels passionate about serving the needs of individuals and communities in northwest Illinois.

Early in her career, Kemp was a Clinician at Sinnissippi Centers’ Mt. Carroll office and rejoined the agency in 2015 as Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer. Prior to returning to Sinnissippi, Kemp served in various child welfare leadership roles in the Milwaukee area, including as Director of Performance and Quality Assurance and IT Business Collaboration for Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
