Kaylee brings a relationship-driven approach to executive search, drawing on experience across both agency and corporate recruiting environments. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations in a variety of industries, recruiting for positions ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership roles. She is committed to building meaningful connections with candidates and clients while helping organizations identify talent that supports their mission and strategic goals. At Kittleman, Kaylee partners with Principal Consultants to guide searches from strategy and candidate development through interviews and client presentations. She serves as a key point of connection throughout the search process, helping ensure a thoughtful, responsive experience for both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Kittleman, Kaylee served as an Associate Director with a global staffing firm and as a Recruiter for a leading rail transportation and real estate company based in Colorado. Her diverse recruiting background provides a well-rounded perspective on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and candidate engagement.
Kaylee earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Colorado State University, where she double majored in International Studies and Political Science.
