Chelsea joined Kittleman & Associates in 2026 as an Associate. In this role, she supports search operations and assists in managing executive search engagements, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients and candidates.
Chelsea brings extensive experience coordinating executive searches for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Kittleman, she served as Search Coordinator at Brakeley Search, where she supported senior consultants, coordinated candidate and client communications, managed scheduling and administrative logistics, and helped guide searches from launch through completion.
Earlier in her career, Chelsea worked at Pink Spots as Vice President, Director of Client Relations, and Event Coordinator. In this role, she worked closely with the founder to publish a resource guide of LGBTQ friendly businesses and helped build relationships with business owners and community partners.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from San José State University.
