Polica Houston has been selected as Chief Executive Officer of Denver Tennis Park (DTP), a kids-first organization focused on ways to contribute to the health, advancement and opportunity of youth through tennis. Polica brings more than 20 years of experience in the field of youth empowerment.
Polica comes to DTP from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, which seeks to change the lives of children facing adversity between 9 and 18 years of age. During his tenure as Vice President of Programs, he achieved a 15% increase in youth served during the FY24 strategic program expansion. He also secured over $100,000 in new revenue streams to support programmatic initiatives. He developed and led the Big Futures Programming initiative, enhancing college and career readiness for high school students.
Previously, he was the Chief Program Officer with Boys Hope Girls Hope of Colorado where he increased 9th grade scholar participation by 94% among other achievements. Prior to that, he served as the Assistant Principal of Gateway High School in Aurora, CO.
Polica currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Regis Jesuit High School and as a member of the Board of Directors with Prosperity Denver Fund.
