Peter A. Quattromani

Accomplished nonprofit executive and public policy leader Peter A. Quattromani has been selected as Chief Executive Officer of The Groden Network, a nationally recognized organization dedicated to providing innovative education, residential, behavioral health, and support services for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health challenges.
Quattromani brings more than three decades of leadership experience spanning human services, healthcare, public policy, and nonprofit management. He most recently served as Executive Director and CEO of United Cerebral Palsy of Rhode Island (UCPRI), where he led the organization for more than 20 years. Under his leadership, UCPRI experienced significant growth, increasing annual revenues by 300% while expanding residential, educational, vocational, therapeutic, and family support services for children and adults with disabilities and behavioral health needs.
During his tenure, Quattromani oversaw a workforce of approximately 260 employees and managed a complex statewide service organization with annual revenues of approximately $10 million. He also spearheaded the acquisition and operation of the New England Wellness Collaborative, broadening access to outpatient mental health services through a multidisciplinary team of clinicians. His leadership emphasized strategic growth, operational excellence, advocacy, and high-quality care for individuals and families across Rhode Island.
Quattromani has also been an active leader in governance and civic engagement. He served on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy National and chaired the UCP Professional Council, advising national leadership on issues affecting affiliate organizations across the country. In addition, he served as Chairperson of the Board of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, the state's largest health insurer, and has held board and advisory roles with numerous organizations focused on healthcare, community development, transportation, and services for children and families.
Quattromani earned a Master of Business Administration from Boston College’s Carroll Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University.
