Logan Bartlett

Arboretum San Antonio (ASA), a new 188-acre arboretum that will showcase the landscape heritage of South Texas, has selected strategic fundraising professional Logan Bartlett as Chief Development Officer. He brings considerable experience in leading major gift campaigns, capital initiatives, and institutional fundraising strategies.

In this role, Bartlett will lead the development and execution of Arboretum San Antonio’s comprehensive fundraising strategy during a pivotal period of organizational growth. Working closely with ASA’s Chief Executive Officer Adriana Quiñones and the Board of Directors, he will build ASA’s development function from the ground up, guiding all advancement efforts to support annual operations, long-term sustainability, and the implementation of the Arboretum’s recently completed Master Plan.

Most recently, Bartlett served as Director of Development, Foundation Relations at The University of Texas at Austin, where he led strategic proposal development and relationship-building efforts with foundations, corporations, and individual donors. His work supported large-scale, cross-institutional initiatives and advanced funding for environmental sustainability, education, and community impact.

Previously, he held development and donor engagement roles at St. Edward’s University and The University of Texas Libraries, where he partnered closely with executive leadership and boards, managed donor portfolios, and helped strengthen philanthropic culture through annual giving programs, leadership engagement, and campaign coordination.

Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and has participated in international study and Spanish immersion programs. He brings a strong commitment to mission-driven work and a passion for leveraging philanthropy to build enduring institutions that serve communities and the environment.
