Margaret Rothenberger: President & CEO

McKees Rocks, PA – Human services leader Margaret "Maggie" Rothenberger has joined Partners for Quality, an organization that provides services and supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and to children and families who have behavioral health challenges.

Rothenberger brings more than 20 years' experience in human services and most recently served as Director of Residential Services for KenCrest Services, which provides educational services to children and families in Philadelphia and community based supports to people with developmental or intellectual disabilities and their families in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Connecticut. Previously, she was Assistant Director for KenCrest Services Personal Support Network. Throughout her tenure, Rothenberger implemented new programs which have become statewide models for home-based, supported living and Lifesharing residential services. She has also served as Assistant Supervisor of Enforcement Relations for Montgomery County Domestic Relations in Norristown, PA.

Now in its 44th year of service, PFQ is recognized as an integral part of the service delivery system in Allegheny County serving more than 7,000 people annually and employing more than 1,100 people across the organization. PFQ is the parent company to five subsidiary organizations including the Allegheny Children’s Initiative, Citizen Care, Inc., Exceptional Adventures, Milestone Centers and Partners for Quality Foundation.
