Maggie Blinn DiNovi: CEO

Evanston, IL – Maggie Blinn DiNovi has been appointed as CEO at Y.O.U., an organization that prepares youth in the Evanston/Skokie community for post-secondary and life success. DiNovi brings both extensive experience in education and strategic planning to Y.O.U., and a longstanding dedication to improving the lives of youth.

Over the past 15 years, DiNovi has worked with foundations, Chicago Public Schools, and nonprofit organizations to recruit, train, and support leadership talent. Most recently, DiNovi served as Executive Director for New Leaders for New Schools Chicago. Earlier, she served as Deputy Chief Officer for Chicago Public Schools’ Office of Principal Preparation and Development and as Program Officer for The Chicago Public Education Fund. Prior to entering the field of education, DiNovi was a consultant for McKinsey & Company and a corporate attorney at Sidley & Austin.

DiNovi earned a B.S. in Accounting at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.

She will begin her duties as CEO at Y.O.U. on March 26, 2018.
