Lydia Gonzalez Sciarrino: Chief Executive Officer
Mazzoni Center, the largest health care provider in the Philadelphia region serving the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, has appointed Lydia Gonzalez Sciarrino as Chief Executive Officer. Throughout her career, Gonzalez Sciarrino has worked to bring services to traditionally underserved communities, advocated for equality, and been committed to the LGBTQ community.
Most recently, Gonzalez Sciarrino was Chief Executive Officer of Whole Family Health Center in Fort Pierce, Florida, which she developed a small HIV/AIDS clinic into a profitable health care center.
Previously, she was Comptroller of the Workforce Development Board in Port St. Lucie, Florida; Chief Operations Officer of the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County; and Chief Financial Officer at The Sarah A. Reed Retirement Center in Erie, Pennsylvania. She has also served in a variety of accounting roles in the Erie, PA healthcare community, including at Community Health Net, Alliance Health Network, and Saint Vincent Health Center.
Gonzalez Sciarrino holds a B.S. in Finance from Gannon University and an M.B.A from Case Western Reserve University.
