Lindsey Ruth: Chief Marketing Officer
Ponte Vedra, FL – K9s For Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Military Sexual Trauma, has named Lindsey Ruth as Chief Marketing Officer. Ruth’s extensive background in marketing strategy, digital communications and brand development will enhance efforts to grow K9s For Warriors nationally and increase the number of Warriors and shelter dogs that can have a positive impact.
Before joining K9s For Warriors, Ruth was Chief Marketing Officer of the world’s largest HR Solutions company, overseeing the North American region, and previously, the Australia & New Zealand market. She is passionate about developing a brand identity and message that resonates with current and prospective audiences while leveraging data and analytics to make strategic marketing decisions.
As Chief Marketing Officer for K9s, she will be responsible for the overall brand message and external communications to K9s’ community of advocates. Under her leadership, the marketing team will execute strategic marketing campaigns that speak to the community of potential Warriors, corporate sponsors, donors and dog lovers alike.
K9s For Warriors’ mission is to end veteran suicide. Based in Florida, it is the nation’s largest provider of Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Military Sexual Trauma. Its program is unique, comprehensive, and proven, thanks to groundbreaking research conducted in partnership with Purdue University’s OHAIRE Lab. The majority of its Service Dogs come from high-kill shelters, which means that with each warrior-K9 pairing, two lives are saved.
