Jodi Burns: Executive Director

Southern Pines, NC – Special Forces Charitable Trust (SFCT) has named Jodi Burns as its new Executive Director.

Burns brings a decade of experience in developing and directing a large-scale resilience program for elite, high performance military personnel and their families in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Burns was SFCT’s Director of Programs where she excelled in implementing what is now the SFCT’s signature program, Mettle & Moxie. Mettle & Moxie provides an education-based weekend designed to refresh and strengthen the SF Family as they continue to face unique challenges as part of serving. As a SOF spouse of over 20 years while raising two children, Burns knows intimately the challenges Special Forces Soldiers and their Families face through multiple deployments.

The Special Forces Charitable Trust financially supports the programs that promote wellbeing, healthy living, and strong family bonds of US Army Special Forces and their families to improve the quality of their lives while enhancing mission readiness. With the help of a dedicated Board of Directors, SFCT has been able to provide over $10.5 million in meaningful programs and support for SF soldiers and their families.
