Eric Lindey: President/CEO
Wilkes Barre, PA – Human services leader Eric Lindey has been hired as President/CEO of Step By Step, Inc., an agency that provides community support services to children and adults in Pennsylvania with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health and autism spectrum disorders. Lindey has dedicated his career to serving people with disabilities and brings a passion for helping people in Pennsylvania live their fullest and most independent lives possible.
Throughout his 30-year career in human services, he has worked in a management capacity with county government, supports coordination, and provider organizations. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, PA Adult IDD Services at Imperium, Inc. Previous leadership roles include President/CEO of Supportive Concepts For Families, Inc. and President and CEO of Partners for Quality Inc. He is a past recipient of the Linda Rosen Memorial Award for “Outstanding Direct Care Staff” given by the Allegheny County Department of Human Services.
Step By Step, Inc., is a private, non-profit corporation devoted to the provision of community support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health difficulties, autism spectrum disorders and physical disabilities. Established in 1977, the agency today provides services to over 2,000 individuals in four regions across more than a dozen Pennsylvania counties.
