Ed Kominowski: President

Fort Wayne, IN – Foellinger Foundation has named Ed Kominowski as President. For the last six years, Kominowski has been President of the Community Foundation of Morgan County in Martinsville, Indiana, and has provided leadership of Morgan County’s $30M Kendrick Foundation, a private healthcare conversion foundation.

Foellinger Foundation invests in excellence by supporting nonprofit organizations—and their leaders—as they help Allen County, Indiana residents increase their self-reliance by moving from dependence, to independence, to helping build community through recognition of their interdependence.

Prior to the Community Foundation of Morgan County, Kominowski was Director of Development and Planned Gifts at the Southwest Florida Community Foundation. Previously, he served as Director of Development and Major Gifts at Edison State College in Florida and as Executive Director of Development at the University of South Florida College of Engineering.

Kominowski will begin his tenure as President at Foellinger Foundation in August 2020.

The Foellinger Foundation is a private, charitable foundation that invests in excellence by providing grants, leadership training, conferences, workshops and thought-leading speakers to strengthen nonprofit organizations that serve Allen County. The Foundation was created in 1958 by Helene Foellinger, The News-Sentinel publisher from 1936 to 1980, and Esther Foellinger, her mother.
