Aaron Ensminger: Chief Executive Officer

Overland Park, KS – Association management leader Aaron Ensminger, CAE, former Director of Education for the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), has been hired as Chief Executive Officer of the NAA.

With nearly 20 years of experience in associations, Ensminger brings a love of membership, programs, and governance. Since entering the industry through communications and publications at the International Association of Administrative Professionals, he has played a key role in every aspect of association management before serving most recently as the Executive Director of Sertoma, a national service club organization that improves the quality of life for those at risk or impacted by hearing loss, and the Hearing Charities of America.

Sertoma serves 15,000 members through education and support and 275 clubs in the US and Canada, while Hearing Charities of America provides resources to 1700 people yearly. Ensminger previously served as the Director of Education for NAA from 2012-2019.

Founded in 1949, the National Auctioneers Association is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to auction professionals, representing thousands of auctioneers from the U.S. and across the world. Its members include a range of auction professionals who service a variety of industries. NAA provides services based on four cornerstones: promotions, advocacy, education, and community.
