Aletha Ross Davis: Vice President of Human Resources

Chicago, IL – The Alzheimer’s Association has named Aletha Ross Davis as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources including refining and implementing strategy for benefits administration, organizational development and effectiveness, compensation, employment policies and staffing.

She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in human resources within the retail and acute care hospital industry. For the last three years, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Loyola McNeal Hospital. Prior to that, she spent ten years as a System Vice President in Human Resources at Ingalls Health system and seven years at Advocate Healthcare.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Family Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a master’s degree candidate in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
